Some times (it has happened twice) my order gets cancelled with the reason that they were unable to deliver, and both times, i was available to accept delivery, but the driver will not have arrived or even called to say there was a parcel to be delivered

This sucks, because i generally buy things when they are on special, once my order is cancelled, the price is normally back up, and i lose out on the item. That’s my only bad experience.

I wish there was a way to reinstate the order and have it delivered without the hassle of having to place the order again.
